NFL Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: Dallas Cowboys v. Philadelphia Eagles

I realize this game was our Game of the Week on Thanksgiving, but I don't care. This is still the best match-up of the week with both teams sitting at 9-4 and tied for the top spot in the NFC East. I, for one, am glad to see this rivalry regain some of the steam it had lost over the last few years.

Plus, highlighting this game again gives me another chance to talk about 2 of my favorite NFL cheer squads. We all know the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders are remarkable, but the Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders are no slouches themselves. Which is why they checked in at #15 in our 2nd Annual Ranking of the Hottest NFL Cheer Squads!

NFL Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: Philadelphia Eagles v. Dallas Cowboys

Are there many things better than Thanksgiving Day football? Nope, not really. And then we get a high level game on top of it. Hell yes. That is why it's a special Game of the Week.

Not only do we get a match-up of 8-3 teams in today's late afternoon game, we also get a couple of Top 15 cheer squads according to our 2nd Annual Ranking of the Top 15 NFL Cheer Squads. The Eagles cheerleaders may have rounded out the list at #15, but they still made the list.

Of course the Cowboys cheerleaders clocked in at #4, but we all expected that one. Hard to discount a world-renowned squad.

NFL Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: Philadelphia Eagles v. Arizona Cardinals

I love fact that the Arizona Cardinals are relevant this year. I don't have any real connection to the team, but I think it's nice to talk about a new team for once. Plus, I don't dislike learning more about their cheerleaders!

I'm also on board with Chip Kelly and the Eagles this year. I like what they bring to the table offensively. They're exciting to watch. And their aren't so bad either!

The NFL Pro Bowl From a Cheerleader's Perspective

The reaction to yesterday's Pro Bowl has been a little mixed, but I think people were at least a little more interested than in years past. Regardless, it's still a meaningless exhibition that I can't get excited about.

Except for the cheerleader part. Because the Pro Bowl is an excuse to collect one cheerleader from every NFL cheer squad, send them to Hawaii and set them loose on paradise. That always makes for a ton of great pictures floating around the interwebs so we can see just how the other half lives!

Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: Arizona Cardinals v. Philadelphia Eagles

I realize that the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos are playing the real Game of the Week today, but we highlighted that game two weeks ago so we're going a different direction today. That means we're going to feature a game that, against all odds and prognostications, actually has NFL playoff implications.

I jumped on the Philadelphia Eagles bandwagon a few weeks ago when we featured blonde bombshell Casey, so I'm sticking with them today against the resurgent Arizona Cardinals. The biggest obstacle for the Cardinals is that they play in arguably the best conference in football. But crazier things have happened!

The Philadelphia Eagles finally got themselves back on track against the (still winless) NY Giants this weekend. A quick look at the schedule shows 4 very winnable games in a row that could get the Fighting Chip Kellys back in the middle of the NFC East race.

So I'm going to jump on that Eagles' bandwagon in the only way I know how: by featuring one of the Eagles' hottest cheerleaders. Casey represented the Eagles in the Pro Bowl last year, so you know she's got skills. Now let's see if those skills can spur the guys on the field on to more victories!

Monday Night Football Cheerleader Preview: Philadelphia Eagles v. Washington Redskins

With all due respect to the Houston Texans cheerleaders and San Diego Chargers cheerleaders, I'm going to focus on the battle between division rivals for our initial Monday Night Football cheerleader preview. Although it is tough to miss out on a chance to feature 2 squads in our NFL Cheerleader Rankings!

Still, tonight's game between the Eagles and the Redskins could set up how the rest of the season goes in the NFC East division. More importantly, this is first time we get to see the Washington Redskins cheerleaders under the prime time lights this season. So let's make the most of it!

The Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders Unveil Their New Bikini Calendar

The Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders found a fun and interesting way to unveil their 2014 bikini calendar. First they headed down to Atlantic City for some fun on the beach with a bunch of lifeguards. Then they hit the runway for a bikini fashion show. Sounds like the perfect event to me!

How Many Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders Can Fit Inside Andy Reid's Pants?

I just read a great article from our friends over at Busted Coverage about Andy Reid and his wife having a garage sale to sell off all of their Eagles' memorabilia. Apparently all of the proceeds are going to a local football team. Which is a nice gesture on your way out the door.

But that got me to thinking: how many Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders could fit into one pair of Andy Reid's old Eagles sweatpants? I'm gonna put the over/under at 3.5.
