The Kansas City Royals are Hosting a Playoff Game Tonight!

That's right, I am doubling up on the "homer" posts this week. But can you really blame me for today's post? The Kansas City Royals have not been in the MLB playoffs since 1985. I'm willing bet that a decent percentage of the cheerleaders I have posted on this blog in the last year weren't even alive in 1985!

So please excuse my blatant homer-ness today and enjoy a couple of Royals K-Crew cheerleaders. And, if you have it in your hearts, please say a little prayer for the Boys in Blue tonight. We have waited a loooooooong time for this!

In Case You Missed It, My Kansas City Royals are in First Place!

It may not be a big deal for a lot of you, but for Kansas City Royals fans like me being in first place in the division in August is a HUGE deal. So we're going to celebrate with some Royals cheerleaders. Obviously.

The baseball season finally came to an official end this weekend for my lowly Kansas City Royals. Sure the season was essentially over before it started, but that's not the point. My only regret from this season was not making a trip out to "The K" to check out the KC Crew and their little blue shorts. Oh well, just like the playoffs, there's always next year.
