Happy Birthday to Dallas Stars Ice Girl Alum Lindsey

 Former Dallas Stars Ice Girl Lindsey may have moved on from the adrenaline rush of performing in front of an arena full of fans, but that doesn't mean she's gotten lazy. After spending the 2012 and 2013 seasons with the Stars, Lindsey is now focusing on school and her modelling. But she still tries to hit up as many games as possible.

A former Miss September in the ice girls' bikini calendar, Lindsey says misses her friends on the team and the fans she had the chance to interact with over the years. Fortunately she has been able to keep in contact with many of them.

Beyond her time with the Stars, Lindsey was full of interesting little tidbits. Like the fact that she is a pretty badass Call of Duty player. And that she has a pet bearded dragon. Which pretty much makes her perfect girlfriend material.

So help us wish Lindsey a happy birthday today and make sure she has a great day!

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheer Alum Theresa is Now a First Grade Teacher

We love to feature current professional cheerleaders here on Pro Cheerleader Heaven, but we certainly like to show some love to our pro cheer alums as well. Especially those pro cheer alums that end up in the classroom molding young minds.

Tampa Bay Bucs alum Theresa may have hung up her pompoms for bulletin boards and spelling tests, that doesn't mean she has gotten soft. Instead, Theresa spends her spare time doing heavy weightlifting and hot yoga to keep fit. I'm guessing she doesn't have many parents try to argue about their kid's grades.

She may miss the roar of the crowd and excitement of dancing her heart out in front of 70,000 fans, but I'm guessing there are plenty of days when her 1st graders wear her out more than any amount of dancing in the south Florida heat!

Former Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators Cheerleader Molly

I can't find Molly on either the Tennessee Titans cheerleaders or Nashville Predators ice girls rosters anymore, but I know she used to be a member of both squads. That's a pretty rare thing for someone to be pro cheerleader in 2 different sports. Especially when one of those sports requires you to be a fairly decent ice skater.

So let's pay homage to Molly and hope she is doing well wherever she is these days!

Former Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader Alicia is a Metalhead

You don't expect a professional cheerleader be listen to bands like SkullNBones or Jackyl. Lady Gaga? Sure. Britney Spears? Of course. But a true metalhead is incredibly rare.

Which is exactly what makes (now former) Atlanta Falcons cheerleader Alicia special. While she may have hung up her pompoms, that doesn't mean she is going to slip off into the unknown. Instead, Alicia is now working for Metal News Online. She was even featured in Sevendust's video for the song "Falcons on Top" with some of her fellow Falcons cheerleaders.

So if you are into metal and super hot retired cheerleaders, make sure to like Alicia's fan page on Facebook. It is still tied to her Falcons cheerleader world, but a change is in the works. As Alicia would say, "Rise up & Rock on!"

Former Indiana Pacers Cheerleader Shea Is The One That Got Away

I've had a giant crush on former Indiana Pacers Pacemate cheerleader Shea for over a year now. The girl is flat out gorgeous and very talented to boot. Unfortunately I never got around to contacting her about a feature here on Pro Cheerleader Heaven (though she did make an appearance over at College Cheerleader Heaven during her days at Bowling Green).

And now she's gone. Vanished like Keyser Soze. I'm heartbroken, to say the least. But maybe this post will flush her out of the NBA Cheerleader Alumni Association (which I'm pretty sure is NOT a real thing) so she can let us know what she's up to these days. Fingers crossed.
