Meet the 2014-2015 Utah Jazz Dancers

The Utah Jazz are a little unique when it comes to their spirit squads in that they take a much more collegiate approach. Instead of having one squad that is responsible for dancing and getting the crowd involved in the game, the Jazz have a set of cheerleaders (like our pal Jodi) that performs stunts and then a separate dance squad.

Today we are highlighting the 2014-2015 Utah Jazz dance squad. Gorgeous as always!

Utah Jazz Cheerleader Jodi Has Big Aspirations

As a lifelong cheerleader, Utah Jazz cheerleader Jodi knows what it takes to be successful. Jodi has been cheering and tumbling since the age of 4 and competed nationally in power tumbling and cheered throughout junior high and high school. She continued cheering in college at Weber State University and even won NCA college nationals in 2009 in the Large Coed division.

After college Jodi focused on her career in real estate and home staging. But in 2012 she returned to her roots as a member of the Utah Jazz Stunt Team. Recently Jodi turned her love of cheerleading into a 2nd business: a cheer apparel line called Cheer Love Apparel. You can check them out at their Facebook page and buy all kinds of cool cheer gear!

NBA All Star Weekend Cheerleader Pictures

This last weekend was the NBA All Star game and all of the ridiculous festivities that go along with it. While there was plenty of bitching about the slam dunk contest and the game itself, there was one aspect of the weekend I never heard a single bad thing about: the cheerleaders.

So I perused the web to find all kinds of great shots from the weekend's #1 highlight. Damn the NBA cheerleaders are hot!

Not sure why they are just sitting in the crowd, but I'm sure it made the game a little less interesting for Section 122 for a few minutes!

I'm All About Utah Right Now (And The Jazz Cheerleaders Aren't Hurting)

So I just finished watching Season 3 of Big Love on DVD. That show is freakin' awesome!!!! Tons of great storylines and batshit crazy characters that always keep you on your toes. Plus, I think I've got a crush on Margene. Regardless, watching that show has my mind on Utah. Which, of course, caused me to check out the Utah Jazz cheerleaders. Not too shabby!
