St. Louis Rams Cheerleader Sara Takes Over Sports Illustrated

Once again the Sports Illustrated Cheerleader of the Week feature hit it out of the park when they hit up St. Louis and visited the Rams cheerleaders. While I'm a big fan of the Rams cheerleaders as a whole, I'm not sure they could have made a better pick than Sara.

St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders at the Airport

You know, I've to Lambert Airport in St. Louis a couple of times. It's OK. Nothing to really write home about. But apparently I've never been there at the right time. Seriously, what do I have to do to get the St. Louis Rams cheerleaders to greet me as I walk through the terminal?

The St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders Remake Beyonce's "7/11" Video

We have posted a few videos on Pro Cheerleader Heaven before, but not a ton. We've even posted a couple of videos where squads "remade" a music video. The Miami Dolphins cheerleaders remade Mariah Carey's "Fantasy," and the Jacksonville Jaguars cheerleaders teamed up with the Crystal Palace Crystal to make a video for Crystal Palace's "Glad All Over" theme!

But now the St. Louis Rams cheerleaders have thrown their hat in the ring with this badass video for Beyonce's "7/11." Shot while the squad was in Riviera Maya, Mexico shooting their 2015-2016 bikini calendar (which we previewed here), the video (like the calendar) features the entire squad.

I can't decide if my favorite part is the girl dancing with the iron or the pair dancing with giant bottles of water. Personally, I don't think Beyonce could have done it any better than this!

The St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders Take on Mexico

The St. Louis Rams cheerleaders recently hit up the beaches of Mexico to shoot for their 2016 bikini calendar. As you might expect, it was pretty much the hottest thing those beaches had seen in quite a long time.

And of course we have the pictures to prove it. Don't we always have the behind the scenes shots of the best bikini calendars on the market?

2015 NFL Pro Bowl Cheerleaders

Let's be honest: nobody watches the Pro Bowl. The players don't really want to be there. The rules are screwy. The teams are all mixed up and strange. It's just a giant fiasco.

Except for the cheerleaders. That is the one thing the Pro Bowl does right. If there weren't NFL cheerleaders on the screen after every 3rd play no one would ever tune in. To get you ready for tomorrow's game then, let's go over the only line-up that actually matters. Here is every single 2015 Pro Bowl cheerleader!

NFL Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: Oakland Raiders v. St. Louis Rams

Before you rush to judgment about my Game of the Week selection, just hear me out. There are some decent NFL games today, but I felt like switching things up a little bit. So I went out on a limb and picked a couple of teams that have struggled all year but recently beat some very good teams.

Somehow the Rams beat the Denver Broncos 2 weeks ago, and the Raiders followed that up by winning their first game of the season against arch rival Kansas City. So I felt like both squads deserved a little recognition.

The NFL Pro Bowl From a Cheerleader's Perspective

The reaction to yesterday's Pro Bowl has been a little mixed, but I think people were at least a little more interested than in years past. Regardless, it's still a meaningless exhibition that I can't get excited about.

Except for the cheerleader part. Because the Pro Bowl is an excuse to collect one cheerleader from every NFL cheer squad, send them to Hawaii and set them loose on paradise. That always makes for a ton of great pictures floating around the interwebs so we can see just how the other half lives!
