The Raptors Dance Pak Shows Us How They do Christmas in Canada

We've had a few posts memorializing how professional cheerleaders and dancers celebrated Christmas this year, but somehow we never made it across the border into Canada to check out how our neighbors to the north celebrate Christmas cheerleader style.

Fortunately I found these pictures of the Toronto Raptors Dance Pak from their Christmas-themed game and determined that they Christmas just like we do. With Santa-style uniforms and plenty of fuzzy white trim. I knew I could count on the Dance Pak to bring the Christmas spirit in the Great White North!

You know, not bad meaning but bad meaning good (if you didn't read that sentence in your best Run-DMC impression I feel sorry for you). Actually, I'm a little embarrassed we've only featured the Raptors Dance Pak four times before today's Cheer Selfie Saturday post. That is not even close to enough coverage!

NBA Game of the Day Cheerleader Preview: Toronto Raptors v. Portland Trail Blazers

Honestly, there really isn't a single game on the NBA's plate today that really should wow anyone. This is probably the only game with two teams that really have a shot at a playoff slot this season. So I guess we're headed to Rip City for our Game of the Day Cheerleader Preview.

The Trail Blazers are obviously one better teams in the league this year, but I'm not sure people expected them to lead the league in scoring at this point in the season. The Raptors, on the other hand, are a bit of a surprise so far, and I'd like to see them make a postseason run. We need a little new blood in there to shake things up.

Toronto Raptors Cheerleaders Need A Win Tonight

If the Raptors win tonight AND the Bulls lose, Toronto gets the #8 seed in the Eastern Conference. Though, after seeing this Bulls cheerleader, I think we're good either way.
