Allen Americans Ice Angel Stashia is Living the Dream

We have long considered the Allen Americans Ice Angels to be one of the pre-eminent minor league cheer squads in the entire country. Which is why we have featured them 9 times in the past. And honestly, I think we saved the best for number 10.

Brand new Ice Angel Stashia has a pretty strong history in the minor league cheer world of Texas. Before joining the Ice Angels in August, Stashia was a member of the Texas Legends squad; another one of my favorites.

But this full time fashion merchandising student at the University of North Texas doesn't show any signs of stopping here. With a long term goal of owning her own clothing boutique some day, Stashia's more immediate plans involve trying out for the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue Dancers squad now that she finally turned 21 on Sunday. Based on her rise through the Texas professional cheer ranks already, I have no doubt we'll see her in Cowboys blue and white next year.

Stashia would also like to be a role model for young girls suffering with depression and mental illness by sharing her story and her strength. That is a very important and humbling goal in life. If you can't root for somebody like Stashia, who can you root for?

You can follow Stashia's time with the Ice Angels and her quest to join the Rhythm & Blue Dancers on her Twitter or Instagram accounts.

The Charlotte Checkmates Make Their Cheer Selfie Saturday Debut

I can't believe it's been over a year since we have featured the Charlotte Checkers CheckMates on Pro Cheerleader Heaven. Besides having a great squad name, the CheckMates are easily one of the hottest cheer squads in any minor league sport. So I just had to feature them on Cheer Selfie Saturday!

Check Out the Cover of the Allen Americans Ice Angels Bikini Calendar

Our pal, and team photographer for the Allen Americans Ice Angels, James Higgins recently shared with us the front and back covers of the Angels' upcoming 2015 bikini calendar. Needless to say, it did not disappoint.

We shared some behind the scenes candid pictures from the photoshoot last month, but the real thing is just spectacular. If you have a man in your life that is hard to buy for at Christmas time, then I think we have found your solution. Just make sure he doesn't have any sort of heart ailment before he opens it.

Meet the 2014-2015 L.A. Kings Ice Crew

You should all realize by now that the L.A. Kings Ice Crew is one a whole different level of hot. We haven't put out our Hottest Ice Crews of the NHL list for 2014 yet, but there should be no doubt that these girls are going to be checking in VERY high on the countdown!

But for research purposes, here is the entire squad to help you make your own decisions.

The Allen Americans Ice Angels Need Your Help!

The Allen Americans Ice Angels are trying to pick their squad for the upcoming hockey season, and they need your help. Pro Cheerleader Heaven has a lot of friends in this group. So take a look at all of the finalists then head over to the Angels Facebook page and vote for your favorites!

Portland Winterhawks Ice Girls

Amazingly, this is actually the 2nd time the Portland Winterhawks have appeared on Pro Cheerleader Heaven. The first time around we featured the beautiful Tamaria who I believe has gone on to become a Seattle Seahawks cheerleader.

I wonder if we'll run across one of these lovely ladies on a major league cheer squad some day.

Allen American Ice Angels Pin Up Photoshoot

My pal over at JCHiggins Photography does great work for the Allen Americans Ice Angels, and he gave me a heads up about this new amazing set of pictures he turned out for the girls. Each Angel posed as a different 1950s era pin-up girl for the shoot, and then James worked his magic.

These are great pictures! Well done James and well done Angels!

Missouri Mavericks Ice Girls

We do a pretty decent job around here of hyping up some of the minor league cheer squads around the country (if I do say so myself!). And nowhere is that more apparent than when it comes to minor league hockey cheerleaders. Where else can find so many pictures of the Allen Americans Ice Angels and the Charlotte Checkers Checkmates?

Today we're introducing you to a new minor league squad: the Missouri Mavericks Filly Spirit Squad. Honestly, I have a bit of an issue calling her dancers "fillies," but that's neither here nor there. So check out the Fillies and let me know what you think.

Props to kopstr for the pics!

Allen American Ice Angels on Halloween

I just can't get enough of these cheerleaders on Halloween pictures. There are just so many of them that I keep finding great sets of pictures that need to be shared.

The latest batch comes from the Allen Americans Ice Angels, easily one of the hottest minor league cheer squads in the world. And they certainly know how to make Halloween a good time!

Check Mate Hannah is Super Hot

I've talked about the Charlotte Checkers ice crew The CheckMates before, but it's been exactly 2 years since they have actually graced the pages of Pro Cheerleader Heaven. That is way too long between posts for one of the hottest minor league cheer squads in the world.

So today I'm righting that wrong in a major way with a feature of CheckMate Hannah. In just her 2nd year on the squad, Hannah is already a captain for the CheckMates. Which shouldn't be a surprise for someone as motivated as Hannah. After graduating Top 5 in her class at Coker College, Hannah got a job as a Research Analyst of financial data. I don't really know what that means, but I do know I'm certainly not smart enough to do it!

Basically Hannah is a stud. She also teaches dance on the side and hopes to maybe be a professional organizer/planner some day. Maybe she can visit the Cheer Heaven offices some day and get us a little more organized!

Behind the Scenes at the Allen American Ice Angels Bikini Photoshoot

The Allen American Ice Angels recently participated in a photo shoot for their upcoming bikini calendar. Thankfully their amazing Facebook page posted a ton of great behind the scenes pictures from the day out on the water.

Make sure to check out the rest of their pictures right here! Photo credit to James Higgins!
