I don't think anyone expected the Arizona Cardinals to go 11-5 this season, but that is exactly what happened. Even after losing their starting quarterback late in the year, the Cardinals are absolutely a team that could reel off 4 straight wins and take the crown.
The Carolina Panthers, on the other hand, enter the playoffs with a 7-8-1 record that absolutely should not get them into the playoffs. But that's how it all works, so that is how it's going to play out. Now watch the Panthers tear through the NFC and win it all just to spite me.
